For years I woke up every morning with a churning ball of dread in my stomach before my feet even hit the floor. Panic attacks. Grief I didn't think I'd survive. A baby girl I had to say goodbye to before I ever got to say hello.
I tried everything - therapy, medication, every self help book I could get my hands on. Nothing touched it.
Then I discovered energy healing. And everything changed.
After 15 years on antidepressants and anti-anxiety medication, I have been completely medication free for 7 years - and anxiety free with it. Now through my personal struggles I've found my passion and purpose and do the work I was always meant to do, helping others find that same freedom.

Energy Healing Session
Every session is intuitively guided and uniquely tailored to you.
During your session, we'll work together to clear energetic blocks, balance your chakras, release stagnant energy, and uncover the deeper patterns that may be keeping you feeling stuck. I may also receive intuitive messages, symbols and offer spiritual guidance.
Your 90-minute session includes time to set an intention, the healing itself and space for reflection afterwards.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply seeking greater clarity and alignment, this is a gentle space to reconnect with yourself.
No previous experience is needed, just an open mind and a willingness to receive.
Your session will be recorded for you to listen back to at your own leisure.
The Journey to Self-Discovery
I was diagnosed with generalised anxiety disorder and spent many years heavily medicated, still having panic attacks, still unable to walk into a shopping centre without feeling like the walls were closing in. I read every self help book, tried every therapy, spent more money on talk therapy than I care to admit with practitioners who simply didn't get me.
Then in November 2017, I stillbirthed my baby girl, Frannie.
It was the worst thing I have ever been through. And it became the thing that saved my life - and ultimately the reason I'm here, doing this work, for you.
In 2019, in a desperate attempt to shift baby weight with no baby, I stumbled across an energy healing program. It cost me $1000 and sounded completely woo woo. It turned out to be the best $1000 I ever spent. I lost 12 kilos - and I lost the anxiety that had stolen years of my life. No medication. No panic attacks. Free.
That was the door. I walked through it and never looked back.
Since then I've experienced multiple healing modalities, trained as a reiki master, honed in my psychic mediumship, developed my own healing modality, hosted cacao ceremonies and sister circles, connected deeply with my guides, and built a practice rooted in the belief that true healing is possible for everyone - not just the lucky few.
I bring 24 years of client connection through my career as a makeup artist. I rarely drink, I don't take pharmaceuticals, I clear my energy field daily, and I take the responsibility of holding space for your healing seriously. Your energy is sacred to me.
